John Graham

 

John has spent over twenty years in commercial and residential real estate development, to provide strategic acquisition, entitlement, and development solutions for corporate users who wish to build scale across geographies.  Graham has held senior roles with Lennar, Rialto Capital, and Greystone where he successfully acquired, re-positioned, and or developed over $1.5 billion in assets nationally, including 2M+ sqft, of retail, office, industrial, and entitlement of +/- 7,000 acres.  

 

Successful assignments completed with Cargill, ConAgra, Beazer Homes, American Non Wovens, Collins & Aikman Corp, Astra Zeneca, Hilco, Caisse Depot, William Lyon Communities, Pardee, Van Daele Development, Grupe Development, Pine River Plastics, Lunt Manufacturing, Coors (Hardy-Chism) Discount Tire Centers, Keebler/Schwartz Group, Ibiden Circuit Boards, and Robert Bosch Tools.

Nicholas Pocquette

Nicholas started his real estate career with a foundation in finance and accounting. He has been most focused on land acquisition, land finance and land entitlement for the last 20 years. His experience is primarily in California and Nevada with deal flow in most of the Western and Southern states. He formerly served as Vice President at one of the largest publicly traded home builders in the U.S and has held roles of lead acquisitioner in several merchant builder Divisions.  Nicholas has participated in over $1 billion in value-add land.  He has an extensive network of Real Estate professionals and resources and is passionate about value-add land deals of all types. He earned a BS from the University of California at Santa Barbara in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting and finance.
